The background…
This elegant y-shaped necklace features an antique optometrist glass test lens dating from the 1890s to 1920s. The lens is rated at +4.5 which means that it has a magnifying effect. I’ve created the chain with vintage Czech garnet glass beads, brass wire and a vintage 3-way connector. It has an inbuilt extender chain, meaning that the length can be modified as desired.
