This simple and elegant sautoir necklace features a beautiful pendant that I created from a Mother-of-Pearl piece recently acquired at an antique shop in the UK. I believe that it was originally a handle for part of a manicure or dressing table set. I’ve suspended the pendant from a lovely vintage filigree brass stamping and gold-plated chain. Completed with a vintage spring clasp, this versatile necklace can be worn as a sautoir or styled as a double-stranded choker.
